National Museum of Lithuania

The National Museum of Lithuania is the largest repository of the Lithuanian cultural heritage. It is also the oldest museum of Lithuania, whose history goes back to the Vilnius Museum of Antiquities established in 1855 in Vilnius. The aim of the National Museum of Lithuania is to collect, preserve, conserve and popularise valuable objects of Lithuanian archaeology, history and ethnic culture.

The National Museum of Lithuania is open to everyone wishing to expand their knowledge and understanding of the history and culture of Lithuania.
