около половины россиян (45%), считают самым выдающимся течественным писателем Льва Толстого, --- about half of Russians (45%), is considered the most outstanding national writer Leo Tolstoy, --- cerca de metade dos russos (45%), considera o escritor nacional mais proeminente Leo Tolstoy,

"Joyful childhood period"
-
Tolstoy was the fourth child in a large noble family. His mother, nee Princess Volkonskaia, died when Tolstoy was not yet two years old, but the stories of the family members, he was well aware "of its spiritual aspect": some mothers traits (an excellent education, sensitivity to art, the tendency to reflection and even a portrait likeness Tolstoy gave Princess Marya Nikolaevna Bolkonskaya ( "war and peace"). Educating children He engaged in a distant relative of TA Yergolsky, which had a huge impact on Tolstoy: "it taught me to love the spiritual enjoyment." When Tolstoy was 13 years old, the family moved to Kazan in the house of a relative and guardian of children PI Yushkova. In 1844, Tolstoy enrolled at Kazan University in the Department of Oriental Languages Faculty of Philosophy, and then transferred to the Faculty of Law, where he studied for less than two years: employment did not cause him a lively interest, and he passionately devoted himself to social life. In the spring of 1847 by filing a petition for dismissal from the university "by deranged health and family reasons", Tolstoy left Yasnaya Polyana with the intention to study the entire course of laws (to pass the exam without attending lectures), "practical medicine", languages, agriculture, history, geographical statistics, write a thesis and "achieve the highest degree of perfection in music and painting."

Caucasian impressions were reflected in the stories of "The Raid" (1853), "felling" (1855), as well as in the later novel "Hadji Murad" (1896-1904, published in 1912). Back in Russia, Tolstoy wrote in his diary that loved the "wild land, which is so strange and poetically combine the two most opposite things - the war and freedom." ARTE CAMBOJANA.

REVIEW OF EXPOSURE>

Stop sexism

What is sexism?
Sexism - the ideology and practice of discrimination based on sex (sex = sex from Eng.). Especially common is sexism against women. It appears to limit their rights to education, work, political participation, etc., and at the same time in the emphasis on their responsibilities in the family and domestic sphere. Like racism, sexism focuses on the physical, intellectual, creative and other benefits of one of the people (men) over another (women).

WOMEN IN SCIENCE

During the existence of mankind women have made significant contributions to the development of science. As a result of gender stereotypes that exist in the public mind, it is assumed that a scientific career - this is not the fate of the woman, because it requires some human casualties, including first - very often - the refusal of the personal life of the family.
Yet, despite some bias punching "glass" ceiling and walls, the women spoke and continue to speak their science slovo.Ekspozytsiya "Women in science, engineering and computer technology has several sections:
- Women - laureate of the Nobel Prize (review)
- Inventions women (review)
- Creative women (review)
- Women in information technology (review)
- Women figures in Ukrainian science
     Women pedahohyni (view)

stop Violence

One of the main causes of male violence is gender inequality. A careful analysis it becomes apparent that the smaller the gender differentiation between men and women, the less likelihood of gender violence.
Men's violence against women is largely the result of limited powers. The researchers proved that in societies where men are allowed to obscure fear, tears, weakness, level of violence is low. And in societies where masculine bravado - boasting the power of deterrence and fear of rejection - is the norm, violence has a better chance of flourishing.

Pare a violência
