Since 2005, the Institute of National Historical and Artistic Heritage (Iphan) has developed a program that promotes and supports safeguard actions developed by society. According to the president of Iphan, Kátia Bogéa, the PNPI's publications have contributed over the years to improve the management practices adopted by the Institute and its partner institutions. "At a local or regional level, these institutions become producers of knowledge and multiplying practices suitable for the preservation of intangible assets, especially as regards the incentive and the direct execution of patrimonial management by the owning communities," he says.

The projects can be presented by public or private non-profit institutions, always with the participation and prior informed consent of the communities involved and the institutions that represent them. They should focus on community safeguard activities and institutions, and create networks between the different institutional and social actors.

The director of the Department of Intangible Heritage (DPI-Iphan), Hermano Queiroz, emphasizes that the initiative has spread the diversity of intangible cultural heritage of the country and the dissemination of methodologies and technical knowledge, specifically those associated with inventories and cultural mapping.

This year, the edict will select ethnographic and artistic photographic series on the intangible assets recognized as Cultural Patrimony of Brazil, which portray the Cultural assets registered, their holders and the context of cultural practices. The Prize, which is named Mario de Andrade's Photography of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Brazil, will be released in the first half of 2017.

PUBLICAÇÃO APRESENTA 10 ANOS DE PROGRAMA QUE INCENTIVA A SAVALGUARDA DO PATRIMÔNIO CULTURAL.

Desde 2005, o Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional (Iphan) desenvolve um Programa que fomenta e apoia ações de salvaguarda desenvolvidas pela sociedade. A iniciativa concretizada nos editais do Programa Nacional do Patrimônio Imaterial (PNPI) completou uma década de atuação e tem contribuído para difundir e dar visibilidade à política de salvaguarda do patrimônio cultural imaterial. Por sua relevância, o Programa entrou no ano de 2011 na Lista da UNESCO de Melhores Práticas de Salvaguarda.

Para tornar pública e incentivar outras ações em prol do Patrimônio Cultural, o Departamento de Patrimônio Imaterial (DPI-Iphan) reuniu em publicação de dois volumes as iniciativas vencedoras do concurso, apresentando, dentre outras, ações que fomentaram a transmissão de saberes; a constituição de acervos; a realização de pesquisas; o fortalecimento institucional de instituições públicas e privadas para a gestão do patrimônio.

O lançamento do livro, que integra a programação celebrativa dos 80 anos do Instituto, ocorrerá no dia 12 de abril, durante o 3º Encontro Brasileiro das Cidades Históricas Turísticas e Patrimônio Mundial, em Brasília (DF).

O objetivo da publicação é disponibilizar o acesso e difundir as práticas exemplares, estimulando a sociedade para a realização de outras semelhantes. Através de convênios, foram investidos no período de uma década aproximadamente R$ 7 milhões de reais, que contemplou 75 projetos inéditos.

Segundo a presidente do Iphan, Kátia Bogéa, os Editais do PNPI têm contribuído ao longo dos anos para aprimorar as práticas de gestão adotadas pelo Instituto e por instituições parceiras. “Em nível local ou regional, estas instituições tornam-se produtoras de conhecimento e multiplicadoras de práticas adequadas à preservação do patrimônio imaterial, sobretudo no que tange ao incentivo e à execução direta da gestão patrimonial pelas próprias comunidades detentoras”, afirma.

Os projetos podem ser apresentados por instituições públicas ou privadas sem fins lucrativos, sempre com a participação e consentimento prévio e informado das comunidades envolvidas e das instituições que as representam. Devem visar as atividades e as instituições de salvaguarda comunitárias, e criar redes entre os diferentes protagonistas institucionais e sociais.

O diretor do Departamento de Patrimônio Imaterial (DPI-Iphan), Hermano Queiroz, destaca que a iniciativa tem difundido a diversidade do patrimônio cultural imaterial do país e para a divulgação demetodologias e conhecimentos técnicos, especificamente àqueles associados a inventários e mapeamentos culturais.

Neste ano, o edital irá selecionar séries fotográficas de cunho etnográfico e artístico sobre os bens imateriais reconhecidos como Patrimônio Cultural do Brasil, que retratem os bens culturais Registrados, seus detentores e o contexto de realização das práticas culturais. O Prêmio, que tem o nome de Mario de Andrade de Fotografia do Patrimônio Cultural Imaterial do Brasil, será lançado no primeiro semestre de 2017.

Aux dizaines de musées de New York, s'ajoute maintenant 'Gulliver's Gate', une incursion sur le créneau des mondes miniatures, avec une reconstitution riche en détails des lieux emblématiques de cinquante pays, de la Cité interdite de Pékin, au Saint-Sépulcre de Jérusalem, en passant par la baie de Rio.



Ce nouveau monde de lilliputiens, qui aura coûté quelque 40 millions de dollars et quatre ans de méticuleuse reconstitution, ouvrira formellement le 9 mai sur la 44e rue, tout près de Times Square.

Les centaines d'artistes impliqués dans le projet 'Gulliver' ont tout fait pour rendre les reconstitutions plus vivantes que jamais.

Dans celle de Manhattan, on peut voir la police intervenir pour un accident de la route, et à Londres, choisir qui des Clash, d'Adele ou des Beatles donnera un concert en plein air.

Des avions décolleront aussi de cet aéroport miniature et des centaines de trains et des milliers de voitures circuleront à travers ce décor de quelque 4.500 m2.

Les propriétaires attendent près d'un million de visiteurs par an - à peu près le même nombre de visiteurs que revendique le musée "miniatur-wunderland" de Hambourg, en Allemagne, où un réseau de trains électriques défilent là aussi dans un monde miniaturisé parmi les plus réputés au monde.

En comparaison, le célèbre musée du 'Met', situé sur Central Park, a enregistré l'an dernier quelque 6,7 millions de visiteurs.

"Ce n'est qu'un début", a assuré le co-fondateur du projet Michael Langer. "Nos équipes sont déjà en train de fabriquer de nouvelles régions et de nouveaux pays".

L'entrée est fixée à 36 dollars par adulte à l'entrée et 32 dollars en ligne. Et pour 44 dollars de plus, les visiteurs pourront être scannés et voir leur avatar miniature en 3D s'ajouter aux quelque 100.000 figurines déjà présentes dans le décor.

Les visiteurs de l'avant-première semblaient ravis: "ils ont beaucoup de concurrence, mais je n'ai jamais rien vu de pareil", s'est réjoui Michael Rubin, 67 ans, une ex-star de la radio.

"Parmi les choses à faire à New York, j'adore", s'est enthousiasmé Meggie Sullivan, une jeune nounou de 28 ans qui accompagnait une fillette de huit ans. "Je n'ai jamais vu certains des endroits qui sont montrés ici, alors j'aimerais vraiment les regarder de près".

Cultura brasileira - Candomblé. Documentário Do que Aprendi com Minhas mais Velhas será exibido na mostra Lugar de Mulher é no Cinema.

Inédito, média-metragem fala sobre tradição, amor e religiosidade.

O documentário Do que Aprendi com Minhas mais Velhas, dirigido e produzido por Fernanda Júlia Onisajé e Susan Kalik, com roteiro de Susan Kalik e produção da Modupé Produtora, será exibido pela primeira vez na Bahia, Brasil, na Mostra Lugar de Mulher é no Cinema.

Produzido através do edital Curta afirmativo 2014: Protagonismo de Cineastas Afro-brasileiros na Produção Audiovisual, do Ministério da Cultura, o média-metragem o já foi exibido na 3ª Mostra de Cinema Feminista (2017), em Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brasil. Ainda em 2017, integrará a 11ª Mostra Cinema e Direitos Humanos, que ocorrerá nas 26 capitais brasileiras e no Distrito Federal.

Sinopse Do que aprendi com minhas mais velhas é um documentário sobre como a fé no Candomblé é transmitida de geração em geração. Nenguas, Yalorixás e Egbomis contam como aprenderam com seus mais velhos e como ensinam aos seus mais novos. “A mais velha foi aquela que percorreu maior parte do caminho. É referência de entendimento e sabedoria. É mediadora entre os mais novos, as divindades e os ensinamentos do processo iniciático. É por meio da experiência dessas Yás que nós mais novos aprendemos”, explica Fernanda Júlia, que dirige seu primeiro documentário e, atualmente, é diretora teatral e dramaturga do Núcleo Afro-Brasileiro de Teatro de Alagoinhas – Nata.

O documentário surge do questionamento em relação ao nascimento da fé no candomblé. “Trabalho com candomblé há 7 anos, desde que ingressei no Nata. A partir de então, tenho observado a força, o amor e a fé desta religião ancestral e de como essas mulheres, as Nenguas, Yalorixás e Egbomis são a base da conservação e da transmissão desses saberes. Nasce assim o desejo de saber como elas aprenderam com suas mais velhas e de como ensinam aos seus mais novos”, conta Susan Kalik, que também é produtora e diretora na Modupé Produtora, empresa com outros projetos ligados ao Candomblé e Ancestralidade Afro-brasileira.

Mostra - A mostra Lugar de Mulher é no Cinema é realizada pelas produtoras Segredo Filmes, Olho de Vidro Produções e Moara Rocha Produções e apresenta em sua primeira edição curtas de ficção, documentário, animação, experimental e híbrido, de até 20 minutos de duração, dirigidos por mulheres e/ou com mulheres como protagonistas. Nesta primeira edição, que ocorrerá na Sala Walter da Silveira de sábado (8) a até terça, a homenageada é Mônica Simões, cineasta e artista multimídia baiana.
