2 апреля Дарвиновский музей встретил 50-тысячного посетителя интерактивного образовательного центра "Познай себя — познай мир". Им стала очаровательная пятилетняя москвичка Елизавета Васюкова, которая пришла в музей вместе с мамой Еленой Васильевной и младшей сестрёнкой Екатериной (3 года). Девочки впервые оказались в нашем музее, проделав долгий путь с Северо-Запада на Юго-Запад Москвы. Директор Анна Иосифовна Клюкина вручила Лизе карточку 50-тысячного посетителя, дающую право бесплатно посещать центр "Познай себя — познай мир" сколько угодно раз в течение апреля, а также эксклюзивные сувениры от Дарвиновского музея и Центра инновационного развития при Департаменте науки, промышленной политики и предпринимательства г. Москвы. Лиза и Катя Васюковы с удовольствием покормили роботов, посмотрели под микроскопом на клетки растений и покровы животных, половили шустрых обитателей пресных водоёмов, но особенно им понравился стеклянный пол с хвостатыми и пернатыми жителями подмосковных лесов. Поздравляем семью Васюковых и надеемся, что скоро мы вновь встретимся в музее!

На площади в 200 кв.м. сконцентрирована вся Вселенная — от мельчайших, невидимых глазу микроорганизмов до объектов планетарного масштаба. С помощью новейших технологий мы можем не только увидеть, но и услышать, потрогать, уловить запах окружающего мира и узнать много нового о себе и своем организме.
Наш интерактивный центр — настоящий уголок природы под крышей музея. Здесь у вас есть уникальная возможность увидеть мир с высоты птичьего полёта или глазами маленькой мышки, помериться силой со слоном, услышать сердцебиение колибри и удары собственного сердца, побывать в любой точке мира с помощью одного лишь движения руки, покормить прожорливых роботов и прогуляться по стеклянному полу.
Маленьким и большим «почемучкам» предстоит самостоятельно найти ответы на самые разные загадки природы. Как шипит мадагаскарский таракан? Правда ли, что у каждого человека есть своя наковальня и молоточек? Семена какого дерева стали прототипом вертолетных лопастей?
Все гости центра могут поиграть и сфотографироваться с общительным хамелеоном Чарликом — совместный фотопортрет тут же придет на ваш email.
