pela Romaria, centro cultural localizado junto ao conjunto arquitetônico
das obras de Aleijadinho, vai reviver um cenário de vida no campo, com
quitutes, dança do congado e sertanejo.
Para espantar o frio, serão servidor diversos tipos de caldos e música sertaneja de raiz.
As grandes estrelas da festa serão o chá de congonha e o cubu.
Os festival também vai premiar as melhores iguarias. Durante o evento, jurados especializados entre chefes de cozinha, professores de gastronomia, donos de restaurantes e designers vão eleger a “Prata da Casa” (melhor quitanda de Congonhas), a melhor “Quitanda Regional”, a "Quitanda Comércio Especializado”, que é a melhor iguaria dentre as padarias, confeitarias e supermercados participantes, e o prêmio de “Melhor Stand” para ornamentação.
Para animar a festa, haverá apresentação de grupos de Congado, da Corporação Musical Senhor Bom Jesus.
Artesãos de Congonhas também terão um espaço reservado para expor e vender seus trabalhos.O objetivo é resgatar a cultura dos quitutes na cidade e oferecer ao produtor local a oportunidade de vender seus produtos.
