Parteli se že dalj časa ukvarja s sanacijo, restavriranjem in ohranjanjem vseh vrst kamna. Z leti smo si tako pridobili mnogo izkušenj in referenc, predvsem na področju spomeniško zaščitenega kamna.
Ne obdelujemo samo kamna, ampak tudi glinene izdelke, štukature, freske, oljnate slike ter izdelke iz lesa in kovine. Saniramo vlažne prostore s sušilnimi ometi, obnavljamo stare objekte in svetujemo pri obnovi. Med drugim smo obnovili secesijske štukature v dvorani hotela Union v Ljubljani, strop in stenske štukature v sejni dvorani ljubljanske univerze, Plečnikove stebre v atriju Nuka in Šoli Valentina Vodnika, čez 500 spomenikov, več kot 50 grobnic, portalov, reliefov, nad 30 kamnitih kipov (Kalin, Gorše, Kralj …) in še bi lahko naštevali.
Naša inovativnost pri obdelavi, obnovi in ohranjanju izdelkov iz kamna prednjači pred vsemi vrstami peskanja, mikroerozivno obdelavo, visokim pritiskom vode, brušenjem in vsemi agresivnimi kemičnimi sredstvi. Obdelava, ki jo ponujamo, se bistveno razlikuje – tako postopki kot tudi rezultati. Postopki temeljijo na izsledkih dolgoletnih preizkušanj pravilne kombinacije različnih profesionalnih restavratorskih sredstev. Zaščita je nujno potrebna kot sklepna faza sanacije zaradi vse večjih emisij iz ozračja (kisel dež, UV, smog …). Tudi to izvajamo s pravilno kombiniranimi profesionalnimi sredstvi za kamen.
Za obdelavo zahtevnejši je apnenec podpečan, eden najlepših slovenskih kamnov. Stoletja so ga lomili na pobočju hriba svete Ane, uporabljali pa so ga že Rimljani pri gradnji Emone. Po Sloveniji ga najdemo v portalih, podbojih, stebrih, kamnitih mizah, policah, stenah … Podpeškega apnenca ne kopljejo več, zato ima še večjo vrednost, po obdelavi pa ga je treba temeljito zaščititi s kakovostnimi impregnacijami, ki jih ne dobimo v vsaki trgovini s sredstvi za kamen. Pri pravilni obdelavi podpečana se pokaže svetlo sinji videz kamna, lepo pa se vidijo bele lise – 200 milijonov let stare litiotidne školjke.
Žal je danes pomembna le cena opravljenih storitev, medtem ko so videz, obstojnost in kakovost na zadnjem mestu. Najlaže je pripeljati težke stroje in z njimi uničevati portale, reliefe, kipe …, ker je cenovno najugodnejše. S tem pa se kulturnim spomenikom že dalj časa dela nepopravljiva škoda. Ni dovolj delati samo obrtniško, temveč celostno, natančno in odgovorno, predvsem pa spoštljivo do vrhunskih izdelkov izjemnih mojstrov, ki niso ustvarjali samo za zaslužek, ampak je to bilo tudi njihovo življenje.

OPIS DEL
I. Gre za postopke, ki niso kemično agresivni (pH je v nevtralnem območju) in ne poškodujejo vrhnje plasti sanirane površine.
Dela izvajamo s posebnimi restavratorskimi sredstvi, ki so namenjena restavriranju kamna in z našimi ekološkimi aditivi, ki ta sredstva naredijo učinkovitejša.Večletno razvijanje in preizkušanje na raznovrstnih kameninah in drugih materialih, ki se uporabljajo v kiparstvu, gradbeništvu in kamnoseštvu, nas je pripeljalo do zavidljivih rezultatov.
II. Po odstranjevanju nečistoč in saniranju odbitih delov površino globinsko utrdimo s posebnimi sredstvi za utrjevanje poroznih kamenin. Po utrditvi dodatno izvajamo impregnacijo, ki ščiti površino pred kislim dežjem, oljem, voskom, barvami, soli in pred UV žarki(razpadanje). Površine ostanejo paropropustne, vendar odporne na nastanek madežev iz solitra in na razraščanje alg in mahu.
Tako saniranim površinam je potrebno občasno obrisati umazanijo, ki se nabira na površini, s hladno vodo brez čistil in brez truda.
III. Pri saniranju starih fasad nanašamo po odstranjevanju poškodovanega ometa posebno peščeno reparaturno malto in peščenec za popravila večjih poškodovanih mest.Po želji lahko s peščencem naredimo premaz kot okrasni omet. Po sanaciji ometa izvajamo tudi impregnacijo, z istimi sredstvi kot pri sanaciji kamna, ki podaljša življenjsko dobo tako obdelane fasade.

Pri saniranju starih fasad nanašamo po odstranjevanju poškodovanega ometa posebno peščeno reparaturno malto in peščenec za popravila večjih poškodovanih mest.Po želji lahko s peščencem naredimo premaz kot okrasni omet. Po sanaciji ometa izvajamo tudi impregnacijo, z istimi sredstvi kot pri sanaciji kamna, ki podaljša življenjsko dobo tako obdelane fasade.
IV. Pri poškodbah na kamnu ali odbitih delih uporabljamo restavratorsko-štukaturne malte izjemne trdnosti in oprijemljivosti na podlago, ki jih lahko po želji obdelujemo, štokamo, brusimo, modeliramo in barvno prilagajamo osnovni niansi kamna.
V. Antigrafitna zaščita je premaz s posebnimi sredstvi, ki omogočajo lažje in cenejše odstranjevanje napisanih grafitov iz predhodno zaščitenih površin.
Uspešno odstranjujemo grafite iz vseh nezaščitenih površin, brez poškodb površine fasad ali drugih materialov.
VI. Uporabljamo tudi posebno čistilno sredstvo, ki je tako blago, da odstrani samo nečistoče in ohrani barve na štukaturah, freskah in oljnatih slikah.
Barve postanejo spet takšne kakršne so bile, ko jih je nanesel umetnik.
