On Tuesday, July 11, during a small ceremony in the Army Museum, a delegation of MHQ EUTM Mali handed over 2 containers for conserving the archives of the Malian armed forces. The director of the museum was very grateful and explained that the gift, worth 22 million FCFA, will help young officers to prepare their entrance tests as well to encourage them to spend time in the museum’s library.

The museum was founded in 2006 and is ever since looking for help to restore the exhibited objects. In November 2016, German soldiers within EUTM Mali started a project for addressing the museum’s most essential needs. In December 2016, EUTM Mali already donated computers, printers, overhead projectors and training tools for the staff members of the museum.
The museum is open from Monday till Friday, 8AM till 4 PM and the entrance is free

EUTM MALI APOIA O MUSEU MALIAN ARMY.
Na terça-feira, 11 de julho, durante uma pequena cerimônia no Museu do Exército, uma delegação da MHQ EUTM Mali entregou dois contêineres para conservar os arquivos das forças armadas malianas. O diretor do museu foi muito grato e explicou que o presente, no valor de 22 milhões de FCFA, ajudará jovens policiais a preparar seus testes de entrada, bem como incentivá-los a passarem tempo na biblioteca do museu.

O museu foi fundado em 2006 e sempre buscou ajuda para restaurar os objetos expostos. Em novembro de 2016, soldados alemães da EUTM Mali iniciaram um projeto para atender às necessidades mais essenciais do museu. Em dezembro de 2016, a EUTM Mali já doou computadores, impressoras, retroprojetores e ferramentas de treinamento para os membros da equipe do museu.
O museu está aberto de segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 16h e a entrada é gratuita.
