Have you thought about knowing everything about the world of flowers? This is what the Holambra Agribusiness College (Faagroh) is offering in Holambra, in the interior of São Paulo. The institution is the first one focused on education, research and innovation in the sectors of floriculture, horticulture and seed and seed production technology in the country. The event will be held on July 1st, at 2:00 p.m., at Campus II of Jaguariúna University Center (Unifaj), a university that has partnered with the city of Holambra to create Faagroh. The training technologist lasts 5 semesters with classes in the night period and the monthly payment for 2017 will be $ 680 for payments made on the first working day of each month. There are 80 vacancies available.
In the course, students will learn about the specific concepts of plant production, such as the world agribusiness market with emphasis on intensive cultures, as well as modules on entrepreneurship, management, planning and sustainable marketing.
Director of UniFaj and professor, Flávio Fernandes Pacetta, stated in a note that Faagroh intends to launch other agribusiness courses in management, such as graduation, extension and even post-graduation.
The official launch of the faculty took place on Wednesday (21/6), during the 24th edition of the Technical Exhibition of Horticulture, Protected Cultivation and Intensive Cultures (Hortitec), an event held annually in June in Holambra.

Já pensou em saber tudo sobre o mundo das flores? É o que está oferecendo a Faculdade de Agronegócio de Holambra (Faagroh), em Holambra, no interior de São Paulo. A formação tecnóloga dura 5 semestres com aulas no período noturno e a mensalidade de 2017 será de R$ 680 para pagamentos realizados no primeiro dia útil de cada mês. Estão disponíveis 80 vagas.
No curso os estudantes irão aprender sobre os conceitos específicos sobre produção vegetal, como é o mercado mundial do agronegócio com ênfase em culturas intensivas, além de módulos sobre empreendedorismo, gestão, planejamento e comercialização sustentável.
Diretor da UniFaj e professor, Flávio Fernandes Pacetta, afirmou em nota que a Faagroh pretende lançar outros cursos de agronegócio na área de gestão, como graduação, extensão e até pós-graduação.
O lançamento oficial da faculdade ocorreu em na quarta-feira (21/6), durante a 24ª edição da Exposição Técnica de Horticultura, Cultivo Protegido e Culturas Intensivas (Hortitec), evento que acontece anualmente em junho em Holambra.
