The samba school in the north of São Paulo is one of the attractions of the Brazilian Festival, an event held in partnership between the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and the emirate's shopping center.
It will be the first time the school will perform in an Arab country, according to Fabiano Zavanella, director of Unidos da Vila Maria. "Our expectation is the best possible. We will have the opportunity to represent our culture and our samba, in addition to demonstrating the greatness of the association and its cultural and social activities, "he said.
The samba school party will be formed by President Adilson José de Souza, some directors, an interpreter, a master-room and flag-bearer couple, a passist and four rhythm artists. They will give presentations about 15 minutes at the opening and four times a day on the other days of the festival.
Unidos da Vila Maria will also take the opportunity to get to know the culture of the Arabs and to inspire other parades. Escola de samba Unidos da Vila Maria se apresentará em Abu Dhabi.
Agremiação de São Paulo fará apresentações durante o Brazilian Festival, que começa no dia 22 de fevereiro no Yas Mall, na capital dos Emirados Árabes Unidos.
O batuque dos sambas-enredo da Unidos da Vila Maria vai ressoar pelos corredores do Yas Mall, em Abu Dhabi, de 22 a 25 de fevereiro. A escola de samba da zona norte de São Paulo é uma das atrações do Brazilian Festival, evento feito em parceria entre a Câmara de Comércio Árabe Brasileira e o centro de compras do emirado.
Será a primeira vez que a escola se apresentará em um país árabe, segundo Fabiano Zavanella, diretor da Unidos da Vila Maria. “Nossa expectativa é a melhor possível. Teremos a oportunidade de representar nossa cultura e nosso samba, além de demonstrar toda a grandeza da agremiação e as suas atividades culturais e sociais”, disse.
A comitiva da escola de samba será formada pelo presidente Adilson José de Souza, alguns diretores, um intérprete, um casal de mestre-sala e porta-bandeira, uma passista e quatro ritmistas. Eles farão apresentações de cerca de 15 minutos na abertura e quatro vezes ao dia nos demais dias do festival.
A Unidos da Vila Maria vai aproveitar a oportunidade também para conhecer a cultura dos árabes e se inspirar para outros desfiles. Em 2018, o México é tema do enredo da escola, que já abordou também as culturas do Japão e Coreia do Sul em desfiles passados. Segundo Zavanella, a escola buscará com o governo dos Emirados Árabes Unidos uma parceria para um futuro desfile.
“Essa viagem faz todo o sentido não só pelas apresentações, mas também pelo potencial da escola em retratar a história de um povo com a grandeza dos Emirados”, explicou.

وستقدم جمعية ساو باولو عروض خلال المهرجان البرازيلي الذي يبدأ يوم 22 فبراير في ياس مول في العاصمة الإماراتية.
سوف باتوك من مداخل سامباس من أونيدوس دا فيلا ماريا صدى من خلال ممرات ياس مول في أبو ظبي من 22 فبراير إلى 25. مدرسة السامبا في شمال ساو باولو هي واحدة من مناطق الجذب في مهرجان البرازيلي، وهو الذي أقيم في شراكة بين غرفة التجارة العربية البرازيلية ومركز تسوق الإمارة.
وقال فابيانو زافانيلا، مدير جامعة أونيدوس دا فيلا ماريا، إنها المرة الأولى التي ستنفذ فيها المدرسة في دولة عربية. واضاف "ان توقعاتنا هي الافضل، وسنكون لدينا الفرصة لتمثيل ثقافتنا وسامبا لدينا، بالاضافة الى اظهار عظمة الجمعية وانشطتها الثقافية والاجتماعية".
وسوف يتشكل الحزب المدرسي السامبا من قبل الرئيس أديلسون خوسيه دي سوزا، وبعض المديرين، ومترجم، وقاعة رئيسية وحاملة العلم، وعامل موسيقي وأربعة فنانين إيقاع. وسوف يقدمون العروض حوالي 15 دقيقة في الافتتاح وأربع مرات في اليوم في الأيام الأخرى من المهرجان.
